This app has allowed me to offer my customers multi-option custom product ordering. I was able to install on my own and get it to 90% of what I wanted to do. Nirav and Navjot were extremely helpful in getting my store the rest of the way. Will definitely recommend!

AVOID AT ALL COST, unless you have a lot of time dealing with their dragging support who tries all the tricks they can think of to make you give up contacting them. If you have all the time in the world to deal with their support by all means.

Amazing and very helpful app, a must have. And I have to say one of the best customer service, (wish others did the same). Email communication was like as if we were chatting via messenger, or even better texting back and forth. This app will be helpful for those like myself that need more variants. Shopify's 100 total variants doesnt cut it, so I had to create multiple links and products to complete the sales. This app gets rid of all those additional links. Less confusion for the customer, and less "special instructions" on their end.
The worst app, hands down, with the worst customer service ive ever experienced. What a joke. i called the customer service number and literally woke the woman from sleep at 11:28 am. She answered "hello?"
i was like "is this bold??" She didn't tell me her name, etc. and gave me the runaround for 30 min. Told me it was MY fault. unbelievable!!!! Update: after 2 weeks, im CONFIRMING that this is the worst app you'll ever pay for.
Options works and works well. However, it's not foolproof (example: the multiple dropdown format allows you to check off multiple options in mobile, but on desktop it gets you to highlight the options, effectively making it look to the user that you're picking one at a time). Nevertheless, the support team does work for you even though it can take a while during busy times. I'm happy to have the app but would love to see refinement in the UX. Thanks!
It doesn't work. I tried using it in 2 different stores and both times it simply brings you back to the starting screen where you have to enter your URL. Should you need to manually install it, there was no prompt to do so.
