*The BEST product customization app* I thought I reviewed this app already but I guess I haven't! Was on support with Carter and he prompted me to write one so here I am. I've been using this app for a few years and ran in to several issues throughout and the team at Bold are always there to help. I have a ton of complicated options on my shop and they've always been quick to help me fix, troubleshoot, and even customize some of my options for me.
We couldn't run our shop luxerozen.nl without Product Options by Bold! The app gives you all the freedom to mold the options to the needs of your shop. But where it really shines it its customer service department.
I've been in contact with a few people from Bold and they've been more than willing and able to assist with incorporating Product Options into our shop's theme. And whenever we had a problem, Bold had our backs! Special thanks to Shubhneet, you're a rock star!

We have just started to use bold product options for all our personalised gifts and event decor. A few problems at the start but bold sorted this out straight away. Looking forward to using this option on the rest of our products soon. We now have all the customisation possibilities that we need.
The installation is tricky as we started it off ourselves but had to get the pros to do it for us in the end. But well worth the fee.
Overall, a decent app for anyone that wants the flexibility of personalisation for their products and easy to use once you get started. So 5* from us!
A hearty thank you to Ryan and the rest of the team who worked so swiftly to remedy an issue for me when I changed to the Impulse 2.0 theme! The pricing for add ons / gift wrap wasn't displaying in the cart until the customer went through the process of checking out. It was fixed promptly and with excellent communication throughout.

We had a lot of problem, but it seams like bold have solved it. So for now the app works as it should.
The options needed some customization and improvements, the customer support was quick in resolving all the concerns.

This app has all the features needed if you sell personalized or custom items! Had some issues getting it running smoothly on my particular theme, but Paul reached out and made sure everything was taken care of in a very timely manner. Great customer service and great app --- THANK YOU!
