great app, saves a bunch of time!

This app has been a HUGE benefit to us! One of our differentiators is our massive customization offerings, and with Shopify's limitations on variants, we couldn't do what we do without BOLD. Yes the install takes a bit of work because you do need to get their team to help install sometimes, but it's worth it and you get to connect to someone to ensure it's done correctly. The only thing I wish is that Bold didn't make you pay so much for each app. Buying one of their products should give you a big discount on their others but it doesn't. Alina helped me make sure that the installation process was smooth and made me feel confident that If any problems arose the Bold team would be there to help.

I built my entire site around these menus. Over forty colors to choose from in three separate menus so 100,000 different variants type a website. Need to update your options menu? No need to edit every listing, just update the menu! Pretty slick software.

Support is on the spot and quick! I recommend this app strongly.

This app is really useful for setting up conditional variants and individually managing inventory on each of them. I ran into a few hiccups getting the setup to work, but Guri from their livechat support helped me out and answered way more questions than they had to.

I had trouble syncing my website to some options I added to the products page, and being a not-so-tech-savvy person, I had my issues. I reached out to Bold Product live chat, and I got connected within minutes with a nice gentleman name Ryan. He pointed out where I should fix my errors, confirmed that the conditions I created were all correct; and all I needed to do was to wait for the sync to complete and the products will be ready on my website. He was very patient with me the whole time, which I really appreciate. The website is running smoothly again! Thank you, Ryan!
