Customer service is excellent - I have had a few user errors and they are quick to respond and fix the issue. Chintan was great on the live chat.

I have had this app for a while now and it really does do what it says on the tin, any problems have been sorted out quickly by the friendly and happy to help support team.

If you're looking to add additional options to your products (in my case engraving g) this is the absolute best app for doing so. Everything "just works" and I was able to offer engraving on hundreds of products throughout my store in about 15 minute with this app. Highly recommend.
