SC Product Options

This is a really great add-on to Shopify. I'm using the Shopify variants so I can add variant images and mixing Product Options from Bold for the more 'bespoke' needs. I offer engraved jewellery products and the maximum engraving size varies across the product range. This is going to save a lot of headaches for me where customers want chapter and verse engraving on a piece that only takes 3 characters! It will greatly improve the customer experience. It also offers me some simply upsell solutions. Great app and couldn't work without it.

To be honest, I am more of a phone person so it took me awhile to get on board with this whole email method. However, I have found that Bold is very responsive and very helpful. I still wish I could talk to someone sometimes, but if I hang in there my questions get answered. My latest issue was pretty complicated and Warren really went above and beyond to help me fix the situation. Outstanding customer service--just have to get used to the email!
