I LOVE PRODUCT OPTIONS BY BOLD!!!

Overview: A bit confusing at first, but now functions PERFECTLY. AMAZING CUSTOMER SUPPORT!! Couldn't be happier.

Detail: I have now been using Product Options for about a month and am still in the 'free trial' period. At first, the application did not operate how I had envisioned. I wanted customers to be able to choose a quantity in the product listing and have that change the price (more you buy, lower the price gets). The 'first tier' customer support team (special thanks to TAMER), replied to my concern immediately and put me in contact with the second tier support team. DAVID was amazing and worked efficiently and effectively to make my idea a reality, implementing several customized features... FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE! Not only does the application do everything I could have hoped, the customer service was beyond amazing. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend this to anyone needing robust product options!!!

I had a little trouble getting 1 part of the liquid code to work and MC was amazing at being prompt and responding to all of my emails. I am so thankful for this app. I needed more drop down options than Shopify allowed and this app saved the day. Easy to use once you get it set up too. Thanks again MC.

We have been using product options and product up sell for 6 months or so and the app is super easy to navigate and use. You won't need to google how to use it or email support if you have any level of common sense. When you do need support for any install queries or anything like that they are very quick to reply.

Pretty amazing features. There are so many things you can do with this app, and just when you think you've thought of everything, you think of something else. Can be tough to install on your own, but the installation support is fast and inexpensive. Excellent app.
