SC Product Options

I'm still learning the "ins and outs" of the app, but this review specifically speaks to the timing of the implementation. Bold Apps Rocks!

I expected the installation to take days. As a matter of fact, I'm still waiting on other Shopify "EXPERTS" to call me back. In one day's time, I was able to get my installation and start using it.

We all know how difficult it is to start any business, let alone an online one (especially if you don't write code, sometimes even if you do). You want to know if the solution is the right one for you, and be able to get out of it quickly if its not. I can honestly say, because of the speed of response (which I expect all the time now :-) ), I'm looking at all of their other apps, and wondering if the Bold Apps team can help me in other areas.

Great product and easy to use once you get the hang of it. All the tools they have to offer is valuable and necessary to many e-commerce website like ours.

The product options app was not just helpful, it's the foundation that my business is built on. I sell customizable jewelry and almost every product needs 3-9 product options of different materials, sizes, chain lengths, etc. Obviously, Shopify variants couldn't support the full customizable options I needed, so I decided to give Product Options by Bold a try. Since the beginning, it's been easy to use, worked flawlessly, and been extremely powerful. With different swatches, I'm able to show my customers a sample of what precious metal they want and have the price adjusted for each option. Being able to apply that variant to a certain collection or all my products has saved me a ton of time and headaches, and this app truly is by far the most important factor to my business.

I am about as good at coding as my grandma is at using a computer, so when it came to simple things like adjusting the product options in the cart I was already lost. I contacted the Bold support team multiple times about needing help, and I never had to wait more than three minutes to hear a friendly and helpful response back. They were able to adjust what I wanted and were always pleasant despite my grandma coding knowledge. Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received from an app, or anywhere else.

I absolutely love this APP! My store sells personalized items so the ability for customers to upload pictures and texts to the items before adding them to the cart was a MUST. This makes order fulfillment much easier!

Shopify just can't do everything. Sometimes you need that one feature, and for me Product Options by Bold was it. I needed the ability to have separate images for my customers to select an add-on product and this was the perfect solution. The support team was able to help get me up and running and tweak it just how I needed. If you need extra product options beyond shopify's native capabilities, this is the you app you need!

Am really liking the app and have only had 1 issue. I contacted Bold Support and they had it fixed within a day. No issues here! Kudos to Nicholas for being so awesome and taking care of my problem quickly!
