So far so good! I've been chatting with Naman using their live chat feature during my setup process and the support has been awesome compared to some other similar apps I've been using. I'm still playing around with the app to see how it works, but it seems simple enough once you get past the installation!

So far, it has saved loads of time trying to add customized options and once you get a little training under your belt, it's pretty darn easy to keep your product customization up to date! Thank you :)

the support is very bad! Contacted them several times. They are either very slow in response, only until I pushed through Shopify then I got a reply, or they say, it's not our job, you need to find a shopify expert to solve it, or we do not support this function. If I can, it should be 0.5 star for this review.

Excellent product - just what I was looking for to streamline our descriptions - I would definitely recommend this for more technical based sites!

I'm not in love with this app BUT when it works, it works. I've contacted support several times - Tamer is helpful and aside from some limitations on their end, he was able to make some requested changes. I would not suggest their chat feature as the customer support rep I spoke with there was very rude and unable to provide any assistance at all.
The app is very time consuming when updating or creating many options for products. They have a time out feature of one hour - so if you are working on something longer than that (which I do often), you will lose any work when it times out. That is very frustrating and something that really needs to be addressed, as in completely removed!
The app doesn't appear to work on older version of IE. I've had several customers contact me that they were unable to view the form which means they are unable to order a product.
I'd like to see a way to copy product conditions and set options. This would be helpful as many times I am using several of the same options with one or two changes. Instead of having to recreate the ENTIRE set, being able to copy it would help with the one hour time limit.
It would also be very helpful to be able to assign the options directly from the Shopify products page instead of spending so much time in the app with a time limit on your work.

I've researched a few options, and this is by far the best. Powerful, works as advertised, and lots of features.

But more importantly, the customer service is amazing. They've answered every question I've had, usually same day on weekdays. And they've gone above and beyond in addressing any issues I've had.

So easy to set up and use. Product swatches are amazing and easy to set up. I could even change the size, have a larger image pop up when you scroll over the swatch, and change the background colour of the swatch (with custom CSS). The product conditions make it easy to set up a clean looking cart. The support team on the live chat are AMAZING and super helpful. Julian is the absolute best and gives great tutorials and screenshots to help along the way. I highly reccommend this app.

Really enjoying the Bold Features thus far. Jennifer was very helpful - customer support for Bold is great. Love the live chat feature, I never have to wait and they're always willing to look into the problem deeper and figure out the problem. Thanks!
