Perfect Shopify App and works great with bulk discounts! MUST BUY!

Not Impressed. When you are adding options to multiple products. not all products you select get the options

I like the idea and it seems to work ok. The biggest issue I have is that it has a conflict with ajax so you have to turn off your added to cart notification and have it go straight to cart. Unfortunately, this is a known conversion killer. I'm not sure at this point if it's worth doing that. Our sales have dropped since adding this app. Still looking for a work around.

This app is wonderful, as is the customer service. They were quick to install or to answer any questions. Once you've figured out the app it is very user friendly and simple. Without the conditionals option on the premium plan I wouldn't be able to offer as many products in my store. This makes the ordering process easy and fast for clients.

Cons:
- Apps is glitchy
- the UI is a complete pain to use
- Support doesn't seem know their own app and offers solutions that don't actual fix the problem
- Basic features don't work properly

Pros:
- support gets back quickly (not accurately but quickly)
- No other app does what this one is spouse to do.

Downloaded it several days ago, still can't get it to the simple options. It is currently holding up my entire projects launch. Will update if this actually gets resolved to work properly.

I am still learning, but really happy with the service so far! When you chat with them, the little BC ninjas go all out to help you! Today I got Rony and he literally walked me through everything and I feel more confident now!
