SC Product Options

WOW, really stellar app here, creates a lot of nice functionality/customizations for your products!

Bold Options is absolutely amazing and the customer service is even better! They have helped me fix any hiccups I have had along the way!

First App I installed and I love it already!

i have been using this app for a few months now and at first the customer service was great and product working well. HOWEVER, I tried to create new options on a new product and it is not working properly now... i've contacted customer service multiple times and the responses have been seriously lacking. i get one response per day asking questions that i've already answered multiple times to different people... which drags out the issues even further. In addition i have another ticket that has been outstanding for 3+ months.... with no resolution..... general jist... the app is more expensive than most apps on the marketplace for this service and I wouldnt mind paying it if theyre customer service was better. but when i have an issue with an app that impacts my revenue, i would expext PROMPT resolution.

Great app & probably the most important addition to my store. This tool makes dynamic pricing simple. Customer service was fast and on point. I absolutely recommend trying this app.

We are using the Product Option from Bold at our new website. It is a great App to give you the liberty to create options to sell products!!! Very easy to manage and to create all options needed. The only downturn is that there is no way to control inventory with sizes available per product... Other than that it is great! I am sure it will be very helpful for lot of websites!

I love this app. It does everything it says and more. Made my life so much easier.

I have to say that this company has the BEST customer service...and I mean the BEST!!! They have been very willing to help walk me through steps to getting my options uploaded onto my site each time I have called. I emailed a request to change something and it was done almost immediately after I sent the email.Their email communication is also amazing! So far, the options app is working out great for our website and I look forward to adding more of the features it enables us to use. I highly recommend both this app and the company! Thank you guys for such great service! :-)
