Really bad support. Waited over a week only to have them tell me they couldn't make the app look good on mobile on my store. Now they are telling me to pay someone else to fix it. Not worth it.

Where do I begin. Product options by Bold is the app that I require for my online store but the setup is not so easy. Our issue is that when you create your options and the options forms are created. We have no way to edit how the form will appear on our pages. The layout looks like crap with input boxes and other from elements all over the place.
We have been back and forth with Bold Support regarding this and they continue to make small tweaks to the layout but we can't seem to get what we require even when we provide them with screen shots of how we want our page to look like.
To this point Bold has tried to work with us but we are 3 weeks behind our launch date of our site due to this issue... We need action NOW! and an extension on the trial would be nice to make up for lost time due to poor support.

App resets often when trying to add selection options. After saving, options come out of order miscellaneously. Items can't save with a "duplicate" error message even when there is no duplicate. No bulk options import option.

Does the job - but it's SUPER half-baked. You'll get what you want out of it, but you'll be pulling teeth to do so; and then once you set things up - it's interface is god awful and you'll be confused on what you set up in the first place!

But alas - It works well enough, and it's the only option. God damnit.

UPDATE____

For one more time i send an email and they dont reach back to me. I have issues and i cant work with them if they dont have good support.

I think it's a good app. I had tried a couple of other Options apps but this is the only one that has the flexibility that I need. The only issue is the support i think, because i send them an email to install for me and they did not reach back to me directly, as other apps do.

Good app, but the Help Center website is badly structured. They make many other apps besides this one, and the worst part is that the support information for all of them is in the same reference page.
Every time you want to get documentation for this app, you have to check if the search result is about this app out of 40+ apps. While this is a good app, this stress is tremendous and wastes a lot of time.
At the very least, there should be a filtering feature on the support page.
Again, this is very disappointing because this app itself is a good app.

I've paid and upgraded to premium, however, my options remain at the basic level and I cannot set up swatches. Very frustrating...

Works great! Just need a little help with the css and limiting characters in custom text fields. Certainly one of the best apps ive installed so far as long as i can blend it into my theme a little better. 5 stars from wizardpatch.com

UPDATE: GOT ISSUES AND NO SUPPORT REPLIES.
Quite buggy at the moment and been a number of days with no response from support. We have 4 of their apps, support was great up until a few days ago now we feel out in the cold.

Had many customers buy our products, and options they selected were not in their cart, so they told us and then never came back, lost business, not so good.
Hoping to work thru the bugs but will most likely remove a few apps today if support is not there, sad to say.

I deleted the app and files still lingering causing my website to slow down. I tried to delete them now its causing me liquid error

This App is currently broken. If your customers purchase using Internet explorer they will be able to add a bunch of options and not pay. Creating a customer service disaster.
