SC Product Options

We love this app! It has so many useful features that we haven't been able to find with other apps, such as allowing us to provide our customers with anonymous and personalized messages for our greeting cards which our customers really like. We recently had a technical issue on our end, and Rushit and Rifat were beyond helpful by helping us resolve the issue. I would highly recommend it to all of you!

This app did take a couple of days to perfect (appearance wise) on my website. It wasn't something I could fix myself so I did have to wait on support to get me through some minor appearance issues. But the support team was quick to get back with me and they fixed my problems right away.

I do recommend this app, but just be prepared to possibly need some support with certain themes. Until now, I can finally offer my customers an "add a chain" option directly on each product page instead of having to create numerous variants by including different length chains in the prices in the main drop down menu. Much easier for my customers! And a great opportunity to upset to your customers!

BOLD always does a great job with the updates and getting the installation in for the new web stores.

I'd rate this app 4 stars, but gave it 5 due to how helpful the CS team always are! We use this app for a LOT of products, and will run into a glitch here and there as expected - but the team at Shop Circle (shout out to JEFF!!) are always there via their live chat to help us out super fast with any issues we may encounter. Definitely would recommend this app for anyone out there thinking about it.

We are using product options to allow our customers flexibility in the variants that they choose in their gift baskets. We use this on almost every product to allow our customers to choose their favorite scents, or flavors of products to go into the gift box. This app has everything I need, including; many different types of options (e.g. text only field), many display customisations and a robust conditional options feature.

On top of that, customer service is out of this world. Rick and Brysen were extremely patient, empathetic and knowledge when I made some inquires and they were willing to go above and beyond to make sure I my needs were met. Highly recommend BOLD apps based off the customer service alone.

Exactly what we needed for our store--the file upload option is a huge help, and any issue or change we've needed to make, we've received excellent customer service from the Bold team. Without these guys, I don't know what we would have done! An awesome product.
