I was working late at home updating some of my products, I found that it was taking a bit too long to change from product to product. So i emailed a quick video to the guys and asked for a "Next Product" button - within 1hr I had a response and the button magically appeared which helped speed up my nights work.

it is in my eyes the best application of product customization (interface and style). Moreover the support is ultra reactive ! at the top !

Loving the app so far, some very minor limitations for me but overall great! Customer service was of great help and even made videos explaining what I needed which is awesome.
