the apps itself is excellent, but the reply speed take a little time, so here i advise developer should improve that, anyway, 8 out of 10, keep 2 to improve

Great app. I installed it for customized prints and received orders within a few hours of setting it up. When I had a question the response was quick and Al was very helpful.

This app is perfect for my needs and the support is really great. They were able to customize it exactly how I needed it so that my customers are given the same level /options of personalization that I offer in-store as well as online.
