Great app, I had a small issue when changing my theme...support sorted it out quick smart. Very helpful.

We are just starting with this app so cannot give full marks yet but, although it is a little tricky to understand at first, we have found so far that it is quite versatile and does pretty much what we need (the ability for customers to be able to only upload images that we provide and/or change the size and position of their selected images would be a great additional feature to have).
Only had a couple of issues so far and found the support team to be very fast and helpful (call out to Shahariare for his assistance here).
Recommend on our experience so far.

Good:
- live preview
- uses your existing inventory, does not require to set up a "sample" image of your product
- fast integration with cart / product / theme liquid files

Not so good:
- tutorials are not available for the most of the set up
- setting up fonts will require a lot of guess work and googling for ttf
- the placeholders for text and images are fixed, customers can not adjust them
- preview or "save the product" is not available after the customisation
- the option "create new product when adding to the cart" is faulty, it gives the message that it is corrupted

I can't say enough about this app. I have looked for a clean and easy to use personalization tool for our customization business FOR YEARS. This app is fantastic. It's worth working through some of the tech stuff (it's not hard, but you need to put in a little work to get it to what you want). And the support is fantastic. I have gotten a response every time, usually right away. Awesome!!!!!!

Wow, I can't praise enough the amazing help from the support team of this app. Quick to respond, always with good answers. Due to their amazing support I was able to create a very sophisticated, bug-free, fully working product configurator in no time at all. This app is great, the support team is the best.
