Amazing app and great service. I added this app 4 days ago and it increased my AOV by 30% - sooo good and worth the money!

I've been using this app for a year and it's been nothing short of amazing. it has all the options you need and very professional and aesthetically pleasing. furthermore, when I wanted to rearrange a button and change some settings (which support doesn't have to do) they did it for me anyway and this has made me very happy as usually you would have to get someone who knows code to do this.

Overall a very good app, highly recommended and I will continue to use it.

I sell personalized storybooks for children. Customers are required to provide me with the information to personalize the book. This app does that perfectly. I like everything about it. I couldn't ask for better. I like the fact that the app is frequently enhanced to add new and valuable features.

Great app ... even better with the latest UI update. Been using the app for 4 years. We have just launched a new product range with very different personalisation requirements. Sakib has been really helpful suggesting different options and helping us implement them. Thank you !

Update: The team zepto reached out to me in regards to an error in their ticketing system that has been resolved. Zepto's response was thoughtful, considerate, and resolution focused. They were great at providing attention and resources to solve my issues

We have been using zepto to varying degrees for over two years, but in the last three months (late 2023) there is a huge influx of issues.
1. Items are not appearing in cart
2. The enable customization button allows for customization even when deavtivated.
3. Some customers are not able to add items to cart.
4. I sent 2 requests for support and did not receive a reply on either.
I would look elsewhere from my standpoint it look like app is getting deprecated.

I had initial problems with the app because it messed up my other apps. However, I pointed out all the mistakes to Saifullah who within one day fixed it all for me, and got it running smoothly! I'm really impressed and hope my customers like the customisations.
