Zepto Product Personalizer

I truly appreciated the assistance I received from Zepto today. They took time to search for what was causing the issue I was experiencing and helped me fix them. Included a self help video for me to follow along to.

Don't recommend Please Don't Use this APK. Poor Support Structure. sometime it's not working and due to this I faced lots of loss. sometime issue in preview, sometime it's take 2,3 minutes for add to cart and you have to wait for they mail. I tried to ask immediate support they don't have any immediate solution option. If you go big for future you may face big loss so I don't recommended this APK.

I consider myself super picky when choosing apps. I would check out every app in that category before making decision, and Zepto is my final pick.

Here are 3 main reasons why I like Zepto after 2 months with them:

1. I like it very intuitive, particularly the tab and preview feature, even my 5-year-old kid can use it well.

2. I like it very flexible, allowing us to improve most aesthetic details.

3. I like it very supportive. The team behind takes my feedback seriously, understands what I want, and replies promptly. Kudos to them!

Every time I think 'I wonder if I can...' I find they've already got it covered. They've thought of everything. I had a couple of questions at the beginning, and they answered them very quickly. Support is top notch. A great app.

This app does exactly what I needed it to do, i.e. create customisable products. Really happy with it. I would suggest 1 update to the app: an easier way to create image sets. One currently needs to add each new item separately. What I would like to do is select a range of images and with one action create a new image set. Similarly for font sets (select a bunch of fonts and create a new font set with all of them)

Good app, one of the best that you can find on the store.
Amazing customer service. I've had some issues and Sakib done the best to help me out.

There was a buggy feature for some new functionality the Zepto team just released (actually the Image as pattern feature is still in development), but it was fixed very fast and the customer support was quite impressive.

I have had the app for a couple of weeks and I am happy with it so far. At the moment I'm building my website and trying apps but I will certainly stick with this app for product personalization. When I have an issue, I email the developers and they are quick to respond and help with the issue. Definitely recommend!

Have tried to install this app on our store for over 3 months. Will not work with our store and their customer service can not figure out why. No help at all.
