Zepto Product Personalizer

I use this app for product personalization, and on Black Friday I was faced with an issue with discount codes not working. It turns out that I placed the wrong condition, which had nothing to do with the App (it was my own error) but Al Amin Khan was so quick to help me, and proviced support to me beyond the scope of the app. I can't express how thankful I am, especially since this was on Black Friday where help and codes are crucial! Amazing customer service support, he helped me with everything and explained in detail how he did it too. 5 stars.

This is a pretty cool app. There's a few glitches here and there and a few items they could improve upon, however, don't let that stop you. This app really allows for deep customization of items and it is laid out in a way that is easy to learn. I've recently contacted the devs for a little help, and they were back to me with a very helpful, detailed response in a reasonable time (less than a day for a non-urgent request). 5 Stars so far for customer service, 4 Stars for the actual product. 4.5 Stars Overall. This is the only app that I could find that allowed me to create a personalizer tool with multiple product variations.

It is easy to use, and customer service is always able to help me if I can't figure something out; they are very fast in their response time.

I couldn't offer my products the way I do without Zepto as a part of my Shopify store.

Zepto are offering the only decent customiser/personliser on the market. Absolutely amazing customer support, especially if you catch them during Live Support hours. Shopify 2.0 brought many issues and they have been incredibly helpful and proactive in fixing them. The only issue, which is not a big one, is the native Browser upload used for images by customers - but I believe this is in their backlog as a possible future feature. All in all, absolutely amazing. Thank you, Zepto.

Abdullah was amazing at helping and supporting me with my website. He took lots of time to help me. Thank you. He helped me with the personalisation of some t- shirts I had designed and I am very satisfied! He worked until very late to help me. I will be using this app again.

This app helps me to extend my product variety through customization and increased revenue is expected to follow. There is a learning curve to overcome. But the helpful support, from Shahariare Rahaman, makes my life much easier. Shahariare, thank you for your patience.
