So far, this app has exceeded my expectations. Its ease of use from a configuration point of view is amazing. It has made meeting the customer experience a pleasant one.

Personalised file that customer creates and is saved in the cart is not editable.
Only an encapsulated pdf or png is available.

I wait one week Response!I have a problem with the application.And I wrote to them 3 times.Unfortunately no answer for a week

I originally posted a not so great review about this. However, the owner contacted me to offer to help which I appreciate. Sounds like some updates are coming and now that I figured it out, it does Exactly what I want it to do!

cette application répond a ce que je recherchais , le service technique est vraiment très réactif (moins de 3h), ils ont réglés un petit problème que j'avais rencontré très rapidement.

Very fast and good support! I just installed the app and got instant help with modifications. So far so good.

doing great! Product Personalizer is rocking editor game and customer support is on point. Saturday 11 pm (my timezone). Working for 3 hours with that guy helping me editing my editor. just awesome.

Great app that fulfilled what's promised. The support team was very responsive, appreciate the prompt responses!

We are just starting with this app so cannot give full marks yet but, although it is a little tricky to understand at first, we have found so far that it is quite versatile and does pretty much what we need (the ability for customers to be able to only upload images that we provide and/or change the size and position of their selected images would be a great additional feature to have).
Only had a couple of issues so far and found the support team to be very fast and helpful (call out to Shahariare for his assistance here).

it is soo good for us, very useful. Al Amin Khan is a good people, help us to solve the problems we met
