Zepto Product Personalizer

doing great! Product Personalizer is rocking editor game and customer support is on point. Saturday 11 pm (my timezone). Working for 3 hours with that guy helping me editing my editor. just awesome.

We chose this app because it allows customers to see how their customization will actually look on the product. 5 star customer service!

They are always willing to fix the challenges you meet, and it is done within short time.

I can't say enough about this app. I have looked for a clean and easy to use personalization tool for our customization business FOR YEARS. This app is fantastic. It's worth working through some of the tech stuff (it's not hard, but you need to put in a little work to get it to what you want). And the support is fantastic. I have gotten a response every time, usually right away. Awesome!!!!!!

I have to let everyone know that in fact there was some sort of glitch with my theme and the support in getting that resolved, once we all realized what the glitch was - was prompt and complete.

I'm excited to keep building my store and I'm so grateful for this app!

I think I might really love the app but in asking for support the answers are really incomplete. The app has many capabilities -- but getting it dialed in continues to perplex me. I've asked for screen shots, I'm hopeful they will arrive.

Still trying to work it out -- fingers crossed I can get it resolved.

This is a great app if you have a lot of custom options on your products. I have been looking for an app, I was using Product Customizer. It was ok for simple customizations, but limited in it's features. Product Personalizer has a lot more you can do, and I like that you can use images to show the different options. It's a little tricky to learn at first, but once you get it it's easy to work with. There are a couple little glitchy things, but nothing major so far. It seems like the developers are working to improve the app and they were very quick to respond to me questions.

Amazing customer service, all my questions can be answered quickly. And just what We needed for our products. I use this app on two of my websites now and highly recommend it.

Excellent app, above all for the fast and helpful support.

It takes a little bit of getting used to but it's not hard and, if you figure it all out, it's also very flexible as a tool.

I really appreciated the video examples provided, and also that they give very detailed installation instructions for a lot of different themes.

Overall, I highly recommend using this app for all your product customizations. Great job guys.

Great tool with many options for your custom products! Also were able to get great support to solve a few issues around how it looked on our site. nice!
