I use this app for personalised bonbonnieres. My customers are able to see exactly how their product will look before making their purchase. This helps with increasing conversions. I absolutely love this app and would give it 20 stars of I could. It integrates well with my website and hasn't caused me any issues like some other apps have. It's a very sophisticated app. I have reached out to support numerous times for some guidance (the app is easy to use but my needs are much more complex than the basic colour change or text field etc) they respond quickly and always accommodate to my needs. I also sought the service of an expert developer through this app, he went above and beyond to get me on board. I just told him what I needed and he made it happen each and every time without fail, excellent customer service, outstanding expertise and 100% satisfaction with the results. I highly recommend this app I can't fault it.

i used the PP app to personalize a variety of images to create over 100 combinations. I found that the chat was very helpful customer service.

This is a great app to personalize products. We try a few in the past, but no one is like Product personalizer. You can try a lot of features to get your products better . It´s really awesome.

While the app itself has had a number of oddities and issues that seems to sprawl out of nowhere after working fine for weeks and months, the support received from their team has been excellent. Since no product is perfect, at the end of the day having great technical support is what makes the difference.

I am having a great experience with this app. The features look great and is easily customizable. And the development/customer support team has been great as well -- so even if you don't have everything right out of the box, the support can help you get the right features you're looking for

We've been using this app for a while and are very happy with it and recently added it to a second store. It has a lot of flexibility for configuration, and the end-user experience has been well-received (we use it mostly for engraving requests). As some users have stated, the learning curve will require patience, but once you get familiar, it is very manageable. We have experienced very few problems, but when needed support has been very attentive and quick to address any issues.
