When this app works, its good. Often however it doesn't.
Buyer beware.
We have experienced several orders being processed with this app with $0 value.
Just now, after a "fix" I've realised a customer has been undercharged $120.

Zepto Personalizer has made a noticeable difference in how I use my website. The recommendations are accurate and the app feels very responsive. I also like the regular updates and new features. Support was helpful when I had a question. Overall, a 5-star experience!

Zepto is a fantastic app, really flexible with very good features, integrations and really well thought out to make it user friendly. After trying some other customizer apps, Zepto stands out by far, making it really simple to set up complicated customizer options but have them very simple to manage across multiple products.

Support from the Zepto team is also top rate, they have always been available very quickly and answered any questions I have thoroughly and have never been unable to provide a satisfactory answer and assistance.

Pricing is also very reasonable, giving plenty of options at the different plan levels so you can start out small without paying a huge amount for it, and scale up as needed.

Definitely recommended!

I am a phone case manufacturer with my own factory, and Zepto has been a game-changer for my Shopify store. The 'Image Mask' feature works perfectly for the new iPhone 16 and 17 series, allowing my customers to see high-end previews instantly. I especially love the conditional logic—it helps me distinguish between standard TPU cases and my premium Signature Film cases seamlessly. Also, a huge shoutout to the support team (especially Joy)! They are incredibly responsive and helped me set up my production-ready PDF exports. Highly recommend for anyone serious about POD!

Once you get your head around this app it's easy to use and they have a really helpful support team.
