Zepto Product Personalizer

Ok, I have tried quite a few of the personalised apps but this one does pretty much everything we need. This app is simple to use especially for basic customisations. The more advanced stuff is a bit trickier which is expected so you do have take some time to watch all the videos in order get understand the logic and play around with it.
The support is excellent, Al Amin has provided much needed support with an excellent knowledge base of the personaliser app. You just need to have some patience and ask for help if needed. I getting to grips with this now. It's not a one day learning curve but if your serious like i am Just play around and familiarise yourself the help is there and its easier than most for sure. Waiting for a reply. The app worls fins but some small add-on´s are curcial to add:

1) When the output file (PNG is our case) is generated it ads a very long and cryptic name to the file itself, and there is nowhere to edit that to a desirable format. So in the cart it looks like an error. The only thing we could do was to hide the field.

2) Prestige Theme issue: The app allows one to "quick" add a product using this app even though the text is empy.

Works like a charm and good support via email. I was helped with a small issuw when i've updated to another theme

I WOULD SAY THAT THE SUPPORT FOR THIS APP IS VERY POOR IT TAKES A LONG TIME FOR THEM TO RESPOND AND SOMETIMES NOT AT ALL, VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT HAVING SPENT A LONG TIME GETTING TO GRIPS WITH THIS APP, THEY NOW TELL ME THERE IS A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF PRODUCTS I CAN HAVE, IT IS EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS AND THE SERVICE YOU RECIEVE

Customer service is infuriating, but after you go back and forth 30x, this app works great and as intended. Please note, it will take days to resolve issues, and that impacts business operations. Aside from that, I do recommend this app to anyone in need of personalization for shopify.

This app is truly the best! Not to mention the best price, the most customizations but their support team is absolutely incredible! They were always so polite and helpful plus they respond anytime! I recommend this app to everyone! This will help your store so much!
