Product Reviews with Photo PRO

It is really useful and simple app. Little issue is when add the code to home page, loading time on Mobile little takes time but for desktop its okay, I like the options to use image and locate with reviews.

This app works great for me! It's free! It's like all the other paid services, I hope they continue this great service. More power!

I've been looking for a review app for awhile, and this is by far the best one, especially considering the price point. The app was easy to set up and customer service was super fast and helpful. I definitely recommend it if you're looking for an easy to use review app with automated emails and customizability!

Good App. Loving it! It is so useful to showcase photo reviews of the product. Makes the shopping experience way better.

Installation is a little tricky, but once I got it all figured out, It is awesome! The trouble I had was that I added the app and then didn't use it for a few months. In that time I changed themes and the code was not in the new theme. Once I installed on the changed theme, it all worked great. Super customizable which is most important to me with most apps! I also got some help from customer support and it was incredibly fast and helpful.

Overall I like the app and will keep it, but there's lots of room for improvement:

1) The CSV import doesn't really work with Aliexpress. You can import reviews, but they are really messed up and there's no way to actually assign them to your products which makes this option useless. I bought the Professional plan just for this option.

2) There is no way to export/backup reviews.

3) There's no way to search reviews. This is a big con for me. I have pages and pages of reviews and if I need to get to one specifically, or even just jump to a specific product.. there's no way I can do it. I have to go click through all the pages to find what I want. :/

4) No bulk edit/delete options. This really sucks! For example I imported a bunch of reviews from Aliexpress, which turned out badly, and I had to hand delete each review ONE BY ONE which took a very long time!

Hopefully these will get fixed in the future. Out of all the review apps out there, this one seemed the best for the price.. especially to include a carousel option. Also there's no apparent issues with it's reliability, which other apps seem to experience based on feedback.

Awesome, without second thought install this app. I have tried 3-4 apps but this one is final destination. Very fast support, easy reviews posting process for customers, email followups. etc. Very economical.

The app works perfectly and the team was super efficient and helpful, they got back to us quickly regarding the installation of the plugin!
