Kinnari has been incredibly kind and supportive over the past few days, continuously providing feedback and assistance. Of course, the app’s design is simple and easy to view, and it is also very easy to use. It can be used as an FAQ, and separately, it allows customers to submit their own Q&A as well. Very useful app!!!! It doesn't work well at first, so i tried to contact them, and they replied us fast, and fixed the issue fast!!!!
Requested export/import of question answers and they set up everything for me. Excellent app and support. Highly recommended! Makes it easy for to answer your customers product questions privately and also use it to build a public faq as well

This is a very nice app, since it allows users to post questions on product pages as well as on a dedicated FAQ page, while also allowing admins to arrange traditional FAQs. Customer service was the best! They tweaked the layout according to my request and did everything quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.
Its a really good App to answer questions from you customers, only thing missing is a way of knowing the app is working. Like having reports on which customers who asked questions bought the product as a consequence. That would make the app much better. Still a pretty nice app. :D
