I looked at many product recommendation apps before I settled on this one. I used one of the app templates to set up my quiz and customised with my wording and visual look - found this process easy and logical. Also the logic for delivering the right answers to customers was also pretty straight forward, but when I needed help from the app team, they were awesome, responsive and quick.
Just love the result I have achieved - you are welcome to check out my Skincare Finder on my store www.devotedtopretty.co.nz . RESULTS: On day 1 of launch I sent out a email to customers promoting the quiz and IMMEDIATELY got sales (from the quiz recommendations), day 2 I posted on my social channels and got more customer sales (from the quiz recommendations). On day 3 now.
Great application. Intuitive experience with plenty of built-in features to help you get a quiz up quickly. Highly recommend it for those looking for creative ways to increase leads & conversions.

We are a fragrance company with different products and fragrances appealing to different age groups. We wanted to add a quiz to our site to help guide the consumer to their fragrance suggestion. We downloaded and worked with several apps, like this, but they were either non responsive nor customizable where needed. My experience with this app, and working with Alex, overall has been excellent. We had several issues in the beginning and in the functionality but they were there all the way responding to emails, and live chats, until we got it right. This level of customer service and response is very unique. I got emails and updates throughout the day and night so I know they were working on it. I can't thank them enough and would recommend to anyone.

We were able to implement exactly what we had envisioned in a very short time. The support responds incredibly quickly and competently. Thank you very much! As a note for the future: With many conditions, it can quickly become confusing and difficult to maintain. Maybe it would be a solution to provide a visual builder, similar to the bots builder of Tidio Chat.

Seriously amazing. So much functionality and the customer service is absolutely fantastic. I made suggestions for added functions and I saw them within the app the next week. Get in on it while it's hot.

This is a really robust product quiz app, that’s been able to do everything we need so far. Whenever we’ve had questions, the support team has responded helpfully and quickly. Highly recommend it.
