This is the best App ever, We stuck with type form and could never finish our quiz, someone recommended this app and we are amazed at the flexibility and results. It was very easy we did not need any developer's help. The best thing which we liked about this app is its smooth integration with Klaviyo. All is set up and as soon as the user fills the quiz our flows are triggered to perform the magic. And most importantly the support and help from the team was awesome, they gave a dedicated person to help where I was stuck and he helped me within few minutes to understand everything.

I used this app to create a product recommendation quiz. I followed the instructions and copied the html code into my home page to create a quiz button. Unfortunately, the supply theme I am using was not compatible with the quiz button html codes. I had to contact Shopify to fix the broken theme. I have to give credit to Alex though for going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He offered solutions and was ready to resolve the issue. I greatly appreciate it. So far so good! I've just installed it a few days ago and creating the quiz is pretty straight forward, plus they have really great FAQs. Alex was also really helpful in getting the quiz to publish on my website page properly because of my customized template (even though technically that is outside of the app's scope) Really appreciate that! :)

[EDIT] I do want to update to say that the customer service and team behind the app is wonderful! They responded almost immediately to my review with a "fix" of sorts to the issue I was experiencing with saving. Once I got my quiz updated and the finished product on my site, it really is very impressive. The app itself is very intuitive and user friendly, so overall I am very pleased and do recommend you try it out.
[OLD REVIEW] 3/5 It's a powerful app and I think it will be great, only downside is saving your quiz as you work on it...It doesn't always save and that means I have to re-do sections and re-link products several times. I even give it a few minutes, as the app suggests, but it still won't be saved or will somehow revert back to an older version. It's tedious enough that it really takes away from the app overall, I'm sorry to say.

My coffee roasting business uses PRQ to help our online guests achieve higher levels of satisfaction with their purchases. This drives repeat buying and word of mouth.
