VQB: AI Product Quiz Builder

Just installed the app but so far so good! Easy to use and build a custom quiz. Support was fast and helpful.

Great app, but without the help of the Support team it would not have been possible for us to create the quiz we had in mind. Great & very supportive support team. Compliments!

On beforehand it was difficult to know what was possible or not possible with the quiz builder. But that is also the case with other quiz builder apps. We compared three. I don't know how other quiz build apps are as we only used the VQB.

Online instructions were not that clear - we thought we had to include and exclude products differently than it seemed in the end. And thought that it would be logic that the result of the quiz could be shown in a choosen sequence. But was not the case. We did choose for sending results via e-mail, but it was not clear we needed to make a certain email integration/sync first. I did not experienced this with other apps before.

Maybe ask a higher 'lowest' price option for the app. And make it (if possible) so that users do not need the support team that much. Saves time for the team. And time for the user. And for the team more time to further develop the app. Although development will be partly done, from questions users have ;-).

Maybe for the technical persons building the app, a lot of things seem logic. But for users it seems not ;-).

But I would certainly recommend the app. For not too complicated quizes. The support you get is really great & helpful!

The app was really easy to install and use and had all the features we were after. Raj from customer service was quick to respond + assist whenever we had an issue, always with a friendly demeanour. It was a little more difficult to get the styling to mirror our site than we expected, but overall a minor thing.

Usefull specially for the connection with Klaviyo (which could be better explained with a specific faq/tutorial). They've a fast and kind customer service, that helped me with this doubt. Another note: the general design of the "quiz" and app can be improved.

I really like the idea of this app. It's super easy to handle but till now, I'm not sure if this app can show everything we would like to do with it (e.g. answer fields have different sizes), that's why I rated it with 4 stars till now. Customer service is very nice. I always got a fast and helpful answer.
