Have been using stamped.io for a couple of years now. It's very simple to set up the automations and collect reviews. Plus, you have the ability to pull in reviews from other sources. The customer service is super helpful if you have any questions along the way!
Great app. Even better customer service. Replied within minutes even on a weekend :)
We are really loving Stamped! We love the reviews with photos capability, and we recently enabled the Instagram user content feature on our site and think this is huge for social proof! Can't wait to start using the rewards widget as well. Their customer service is out of this world - quick replies, super helpful, and proactive. Thank you!

I am disappointed. As others say, the support response is very slow or nonexistent. I hesitate to upgrade my plan when they are not helping me or responding.
ETA: Seems like another app left stuff behind that made a mess. I will update further if I get this resolved and installed.
Really a great app with a lots of useful functionalities. Just one suggestion - if the review invitation emails can be polished to more stylish formats, would be even better. https://betterchoice.com.tw/
Great customer service, very responsive and helpful. App is easy to use and there are a lot of options in it. It's disappointing that you can't use the photo review options on the free plan, but there are still good options to use.
