The app is very easy for our customers to use and is very visible and accessible throughout our site.
So easy to communicate with their team - Not only is the response timely, but thorough. They really do take a look at things to discover the information about your account and it's history before troubleshooting. They make the review business a bit less stressful!

Been using them for a few years now. They just amazing. Support is incredibly fast and polite. I changed my shop theme and asked them how to add their app to it. Got an email back within a few minutes stating they have installed the app for me on the new theme. Was above what I asked :) Other apps would have emailed the instructions to you:)
These guys are great and responsible. Installed >> I had a problem >>wrote them >> Got an instant feedback.
I asked a few things to fit my store and a few hours later, all done already.
