We had an issue with our website and was handled when needed. Great customer service. Only thing I would say is that a chat for help would have been better and faster for simple problems like we had.

This app is essential to our social media presence and saves so much time. We have already received quite a bit of user generated content that has translated into even more sales. I wish we had started using it much sooner. The support is great, if you have a problem, they will solve it.
I used this app when I found out I had to upgrade another app to an exorbitant $299pm! Stamped.io's Judy was excellent in getting me set up even when we had to do a re-download of my reviews! And a feature that gets me so happy is the number of reviews right at the top of the product page. Will grow with this app. Many thanks.
The best review app for Shopify, and for a fraction of the price of other systems with much more features. We are Shopify Experts and it is the only review app we recommend - as well as using on our own store.
