Early days in terms of how things go on the store, but customer service has been outstanding. For a techno-idiot like me the help has been incredibly fast and thorough! The Dashboard I find quite confusing and taking me a while to get my head around. Another review in a few months after a proper road test would probably be more useful.

Always when I need to make custom adjustments, the customer service is there with a solution. Great app.

I think this app setting is simple and practical. Encountered some problems in installing the code, ask for help, and they will help you solve all the problems. Will continue to try this app.

Works well, as expected. I like that the review form is embedded within the email.

So far, I am loving this app. It integrates with my email campaign app and it includes a rewards app. The team replied to my requests immediately. Great customer service. My only complaint ....not enough tutorials. Don't understand what I am doing or how to set things up. Hope you guys work on that.

The most features for your money, especially at the introductory tiers. Beyond the features, the Customer Support is impeccable. The response time is fast and the answers are quality. They'll work with you until the issue is resolved and also take the time to make sure you understand the features.
