Easy to use, great results, very competent and fast customer service. Can only recommend this app to boost your webshop!
I’ve set this up to integrate with Klaviyo so a customer gets sent a discount code for submitting a review. It works great and once set up properly the automation saves time and keeps on top of everything.
Some small bugs in the admin when displaying changes but didn’t effect what went out to the customer.
Support were very helpful in getting it working and displaying how I wanted it on site - very happy with that.
I’m only using probably 1/5 of its function - so much more good stuff to implement.
Control over what reviews get displayed and check for appropriate content is very useful and stress free.
Definitely recommend this product. Update: After using for over a year now, the absolute best part I like about this app is the extremely helpful support. They always get back to me and help find a solution or explain where I can find it. As a small business owner that doesn't have the luxury of an IT dept, knowing there is a team I can depend upon is very reassuring.

Been using it for almost 1 year+. Support is great and has promptly replied to our emails every time when we have questions.
We switched from Yotpo to Stamped.io a year ago for two Shopify stores and have never looked back. The Stamped.io platform is very user friendly and offers powerful ways to collect reviews, as well as being able to offer incentives for additional sales. But the BEST part about Stamped.io is their AMAZING customer service! They respond to all questions very quickly, and are extremely helpful in every way. We highly recommend Stamped.io!

A++ Stamped.io app is worth every dollar! The app is super easy to use and dominates all review apps, customers really respond and give reviews. It does take about 3 weeks to really get going on all aspects and see results. 5 stars A+ support and tech - Ivan is the best. So lucky we found this app, A+ really this app is a must have for Shopify websites. Great pricing and Great Admin THE STAMPED.IO APP WORKS! (1000 times better than google reviews) thanks.
