Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

Great app! It makes it easy for customers to review your products. We like that you can send a reminder email to those that don't respond the first time (two is usually our limit.) You can also select which product you would like reviewed.

When looking at a cost comparison with different features offered, this was the best option for us! Allows for in email reviews to be submitted. Allows for pictures. Emails get sent x days after FULFILLMENT and not just purchased. Can incentivize reviews with DYNAMIC coupon codes. It's customizable to your store's theme (or could be styled further if familiar with html/css) because it uses the Product Reviews app. This is a feature that some of the other apps didn't offer. All this plus more for $25 a month. That's not bad when compared to other popular apps like Yotpo. And then when looking at apps like Loox, we felt extremely limited. Also, very good customer service that will constantly get back to you within 24 hours.

I used this app to help me automatically send product reviews. I like how easy it was to set up. However I was a little confused about verifying my send from email. It gave me errors. I hope you can automate this in the future. I enjoyed the ease of installation.

We researched a bunch of review apps before deciding on Stamped. We're so glad we chose them too. Their team was able to get the reviews looking exactly like we wanted on our existing and soon to be published themes and they did it in minutes after we emailed them. We've also noticed a big increase in the number of reviews we get each day since implementing vs. our old app. Plus, their fee structure just seems so much more fair than others like Yotpo. They also integrate with all of the primary apps we need in a big way, like Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, etc.

The app is great. But what stood out to be was the the customer service which is amazing. Very impressed.

Easy admin UI and once it is setup all is automated. Solid recommendation.
