I used this app to help me collect reviews from customers. I love how easy it is to customize the review email. The staff was also helpful and quick to respond when I needed assistance. Have been using it for 6 months now and we love it

Fantastic app! Offers a great deal of amazing tools that make dealing with Shopify Reviews a child's play. I had a small problem with the communication between the app and Shopify's Product Reviews app and contacted Support - Tommy was super helpful and immediately resolved my issue. So far this is such a user-friendly app. I am not a spring chicken or techie at all and I think I am doing pretty great with it.

Prompt customer support is par excellence and helped us overcome a few challenges very quickly. The team was available almost round the clock.

This is a very good app. The only improvement I would suggest is having them notify me, by email or text, when someone has made a review so that I know right away. I expressed this concern and was quickly contacted with easy-to-follow instructions about how to achieve this. Very satisfied.
