Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

There are tons of review apps you can find in Shopify and many of them are really great apps. I've tried most of the review apps that are highly recommended before I decided to stick with Stamped.io. What makes me stick with them and what makes them stand out from the rest of the competitors is their unbelievably good customer support, their sophisticated app functions and the very reasonably priced plans. Maybe I can share more below.

1) Customer support - Their excellent customer support is the reason that triggered me to write this long review. I have many doubts and questions before I signed up to this app and they have cleared all my doubts. Tommy especially has been very efficient in getting back to my emails. Normally I would expect customer service to get back to me within a day or so but most of the time he gets back to me in 1 or 2 hours and even in minutes! If you have any technical issues due to integration of the app with your theme, they will help you out too.

2) The app functions - The app is very intuitive and you can learn how to use it in a very short amount of time. One function that I really like is that whenever there is an order from customer, a review request email will be queued to send to the customer. You are able to customize the display of the email and the number of days to send out the email after fulfillment. You will also be notified after customer has reviewed the product. You can also customize the display of reviews on your store according to your preferences. There are many other great functions that you will know when you try the app out. No app is perfect but they are always improving the app, so if you have any suggestion on the functionality, talk to them and they will try their best to improve it.

3) Great priced plans - Last but not least the price of the app is one of the most cost-efficient. Very reasonable priced and affordable for the functions that you'll be getting. If you are on a low-budget and some of the functionality is a must for you, talk to them and they will try their best to help you out.

Great product, easy to use. Anytime I need help, the reps are available and quick to respond. Highly recommended.

Although I prefer to get on the phone with someone when I have a question. The team at Stamped.Io, specifically Amar, made it so easy to communicate thru emails. Amar answered my questions and was very positive and patient. I have a very small store, and am a novice at ecommerce, but the straight forward answers to my questions made my issues very simple to fix. Can't wait to see how it works with my site!

I absolutely love this app. I struggled a little bit with how to implement the code of my custom widget but the team was super quick, kind and helpful (and I have asked for a lot of help!). BEST REVIEW APP.
