Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

Stamped.io Product Reviews is great - we are still learning the ins-and-outs, but overall it's easy to use and the customer service is lightning-fast. They have resolved every issue quickly and always follow-up to make sure we're taken care of. Highly recommend over other reviews apps (we've used 5 total so far!).

The best review app out there. Can't believe people are paying 5 times+ for Yotpo when Stamped.io is better.

I was trying to upgrade but for some reason, it wasn't letting me, so I reached out to them. Rachelle in customer service responded in a timely manner and helped me out. I really liked that I didn't get some generic response, they reassured me that it upgraded without any issues and now I feel even more confident that I made the right decision in choosing. I've tried some of the other review apps but I prefer the UI/UX on this one.

I highly recommend Stamped.io from at least 3 points of views:
1. great options to get reviews and than share them to get new customers;
2. widgets that will not only fit your shopify store, but will make it even more beautiful;
3. support team that it's taking terms like "professional help" or "specialists" to a whole new level.
+ you might get extra the feeling that your Development Dept. got bigger, because they will surely act like your colleagues.

I absolutely cannot speak highly enough of this app and the team behind it. Being in the business of reviews they know how to generate good ones. Exceptionally simple to set up, but once you have the basics down you can go way deeper. The app has an enormous variety of functions. The support was quick (30 minute replies to all questions), flexible and seamless. People talk a lot about Yotpo but complain a lot about service and price. This app is better in every way.

Seriously brilliant. A must have for all stores wanting social proof.

Had a minor bug with products that had an " in the title got truncated after the " -- The support contact got back to me almost immediately with a solution. Absolutely amazing response time, and the app itself makes it super easy for anyone to leave a detailed review. Pretty great app.

Hands-down, best app ever. Support is very prompt and friendly which a huge plus. 100% recommended. :)
Help center has also nearly all the available answers and guides.

And.. Doesn't make the site clunky and slow. I'm in love with it!

I have been using Stamped.io to collect reviews for many months now, and it really works a treat. My site now offers a level of trust that I did not have before, which is definitely driving sales.

I started with the FREE version as this offers enough functionality to start collecting reviews through emailing Customers. (You can even tailor the review email text in the free version, something you can't do with some competitor apps unless you go Premium).

I recently upgraded to the BASIC plan so I can incorporate photo reviews, and admittedly I did need some help getting this set up (I am not as technically-minded as many of you out there!) but in terms of Support it has been a breath of fresh air - simply the best Support I have experienced from any Shopify app over the past 4 years.

I cannot recommend this app highly enough. HUGE thanks to the Team at stamped.io and keep up the awesome work! 5 Stars!
