So far very easy to install and use. The basic review feature is robust and has been super useful. Definitely a solid app.
Good app, you can customize almost everything. Customer service is the big plus, they help you with everything and respond immediately at any questions. Truly a great service.

So far we're loving this tool. We use both the review and loyalty programs and both have worked well. Customer support is responsive and very helpful!
Super easy to use, and great customer service! This is the second site I have used this app on and I'm very happy with it.
The support team is great and always will go the extra mile to help you improve your store. Review templates are flexible and easy to grasp. A lot of channels to make use of.
