Decent review tool with solid functionality but needs some serious updates to be easier, more user friendly, and powerful. The email builder doesn't really allow you to have emails that feel on brand because of its limited functionality. I also wish the visual design and information architecture on the reviews list page was easier to sort through and read.

We do have the layout editor feature should you require a complete control to customize the review emails sent from Stamped.io. This is available on the business and professional plan.
We will also continue to improve on the dashboard UI to ensure that it's user-friendly and intuitive :)
Other apps are much better. Stamped.io puts CSS customization behind a paywall, and their interface is ugly. It loads slow and is not nearly as user friendly and costs more. I'm not happy with it.

Stamped.io allows for full customization of the display widgets even on the free plan, it can be done by applying the CSS codes within the theme files.
We are sorry to hear that the interface is not to your liking, it is actually based on Shopify's very own Polaris UI. The dashboard is also optimized to work well across all popular desktop browsers. Great app so far! just wish there weren't so many upgrandes :-\. but other than that it works perfectly.
I have yet to have the opportunity to use this app yet but the setup was super easy and I appreciate that the freemium model they have. Once I have 50 sales a month I'm sure I'll have no problem paying them.
great app and helpful support, They integrated the app to an unsupported theme. Though their guides are a bit confusing but I think it's because m theme wasn't supported that's why I had a hard time following. Other than that it was a great experience. I recommend! thank you!
I've just downloaded the app so we'll see how it compares to other ones. Hopefully we get some good traction to want us to pay for the full version. No issues so far.
