Works as it should and has amazing customer support. Their team helped us get the layout and functionality we wanted quickly and efficiently. We've been using the app for years.
This app is definitely a MUST HAVE for any online store. It works great and has loads off helpful features to help grow your business. The customer service is sublime. 5 Stars all the way.
This app works really well. I like that I can change the dates that it sends emails and it's really easy to send reminder emails. I wish we could schedule reminder emails, but that's my only fault with it. This addon has helped us receive more product reviews for sure and it's nice that it links directly to the Product Reviews app.
This app is great. It does exactly what I need, which is to help me win the confidence of my clients. I have seen my conversion increase for sure, and the support is awesome.

Support response time and issue resolution are top notch. Tried to figure out where a specific setting is. Samantha was able to help me quickly. Got what I need and our store reviews now show exactly how we wanted them to look like.

We were looking for a reasonably-priced reviews app with a nice look, easy implementation, automated email follow-ups to customers, and good support. Stamped fits all of those criteria and we're very happy with it!
Every so often you find an app that actually does what you want reliably and then goes beyond that to give you features you hadnt even thought of using.
This product reviews add on falls into that awesome category.
Ive been using it for 4+ years now and we have over 7000 reviews as a result. These get fed into Google listing as well giving us great social proof.
Ive found the company excellent to deal with. Very courteous, professional and genuinally helpful. (Rare for many apps)
I WISH they would create their version of the 20 other apps we use as I know they would do a better job than most of the app companies are doing.
I highly recommend adding this app to your shopify store. Way better than the built in shopify reviews version.

We use this app to get customer reviews and display them on our product pages and home page. It also allows customers to message us through the app. I am still currently learning the app, but the customer service team have been great in helping me with all my questions.
