I changed updated my Theme and needed assistance in adding the review code to my shop. I am not knowledgeable with code. Within an hour I received an email letting me know that the code was added for me. Was very satisfied. Very nice and courteous.

I can't scream about their support enough. It's amazing. It really is quick, goes above and beyond and insanely helpful.
We have used other Shopify review platforms, but in our opinion it's the best shopify review apps we have found. It's also the cheapest and best review app for all the features integrated.
We also now use them on Wordpress.
Unbelievable customer support (Kaushik is an absolute legend!) and very impressive app. Extremely happy with the level of customisation options available at such a reasonable price - would highly recommend!

Must have. Best review app on Shopify. No doubts about that! All the features that are required for a store online is there and there customer service is out of this world.

I added Stamped.io to my shopify account and I'm extremely happy with it. I wanted an app to automatically send emails to my customers asking for reviews. I can choose how long after fulfilment the email is sent and it is so easy to customise for your store.
There is so much functionaloty that I havent explored yet. I have asked a couple of questions since adding the app and their customer support team is amazing. They were so quick to respond and so pleasant. I would highly recommend, it has really helped my small business.
