Just wanted to say that Stamped has the BEST CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM!!! A shoutout to Arjun, Joel, and Andrea for the SUPERB service!!! But most especially, thank you to Arjun for going ABOVE AND BEYOND! As a context, we now use Stamped for our website's reviews. We needed to transfer some reviews from the previous app we used to Stamped and encountered some issues. Their team helped us throughout the process!! From uploading the file to fixing the errors in the file to tweaking some code on our website to fix the review counts! I love how SUPPORTIVE and PROACTIVE they were. UPDATE: Customer service contacted me and was able to fix the issue I was having in a very timely manner. Thanks guys, I really appreciate it and you've made my life much easier.
We used to be able to scroll through reviews, which made it super easy to view and manage all of our reviews and somehow that is no longer possible. It makes it extremely difficult to manage anything and makes me very frustrated as we have a lot of reviews to manage and scrolling up and down the main page is so time consuming. Support said they would consider my request to implement a scroll bar but it was there before, so why get rid of it if it makes our lives easier?

Honestly have been such a big fan of this app. It's made review collection seamless. Definitely a little bit clunky on the design/integrations still, but nevertheless their customer service is SO on point and they really do their best to improve. I'm super excited to start trying the paid features when my company grows big enough.

OK- I can't freaking believe how AWESOME Tommy is. I emailed him to say it would really help me out if there was a way to exclude some products from triggering review emails. Within 24 hours the feature was added to the app!!! I have NEVER had such amazing service from an app before. I'm pretty much peeing my pants with happiness right now :)
Since we started using this app we have been generating more reviews! We love the reminder e-mail it sends out as people tend to forget to leave a review after they bought something!
Recommend this app!
Still a good app, although sometimes doesn't load properly through the Shopify dashboard, requires a refresh.

Excellent Customer support by Ivan. Had an issue over the weekend, wasn't expecting a reply but he actually sorted out the issue the same day.

Great app, definitely worth installing. Only issue is with which reviews show up when using the option to display a full page of reviews. Apart from that, quite good.
Been a customer since 2016 love this platform, customer service is great also if you have an issue they get back to you same day!
