Stamped's customer service is blazingly fast, and they're willing to do custom tweaks for you, if it's possible. Getting reviews has never been easier, and if you have any problems, they're always there to help.

Had an issue with the app - we imported tens of thousands of orders and for some reason they ALL went to the queue to send product review emails! We didn't notice before upgrading our account and sending 5,000 emails to customers that ordered 10 years ago.

Stamped.io helped us clear out the queue and reset our limit so we could send review requests to recent customers. They responded very quickly and had us fixed in just a few hours total.

No app is going to work flawlessly so having responsive and capable support makes all the difference in the world.

I'm using this on my Australian store, and it's a pleasure to see reviews come in. Love the way things are set out, it's easy to navigate and looks great on my site. I've tried a competitor, but they didn't let me leave comments on reviews hence looking around for another solution. I'm actually looking forward to having to start paying these guys money: they deserve it, and that will of course mean more orders are coming my way.
