This app is really great for getting reviews and works very smoothly. It does everything our shop needs over at ShopSHS.com and the customer service is top notch. Can't recommend this app anymore

I tried this app due to the great reviews and it did not disappoint. The automated system is great and we don't have to think about manually sending emails and it looks great on our website. We have not encountered problems yet.

I'm a big fan of this app and the staff. I have the paid $29.99 a month option, which is packed full of features that help me automate many of my social media posts. The backend can be a bit confusing because there are so many settings, but Customer Service is always willing to come in and help out. Oftentimes, they will simply do it for me. Customer Service is topnotch, something that cannot be said for many Shopify app developers. I highly recommend the app for not only its kick-butt features, but its staff which answers questions well into the middle of the night, which is when I usually work. :)
