One of the best apps on Shopify!! Tommy and Rachelle are great. I switched over to the Widget 2.0 and encounter trouble. I contacted them and they contacted me back right away. Tommy helped me with a structured data issue I had. Their app and my existing structured data on my product pages were creating a duplicate product type. Tommy was able to fix it. Now, everything syncs up. Thank you guys!
We just installed this app this week and have already seen a great response. Tommy was a huge asset getting our account configured and branded perfectly. Superior customer support!
This is app is very useful. We've fully customized the widget on our 5 stores, the in-mail reviews, and coupon email after the reviews. Tommy was very helpful!

After few months, everything still works very well. I upgraded to higher plan, and I am happy with it. UPDATE: January 2019 - still using this app, everything is working great! Highly recommended. Great at boosting customer reviews, and I love the gallery widget. I added it to the cart page and it increased our conversion rate a lot.
