really great tool! Had a problem seeing the review on my site but the customer service team resolved it within 15 mins!! Great support!!
Great app and awesome support. Just got it and had an issue, contacted costumer service and they replied within an hour and issue was solve right away.
So far so good! For all the features they offer, it's very affordable. They have an amazing support team. They respond quickly and are easy to work with. We ditched Yotpo and are so happy with our decision.
Tommy and Rachel implemented a star rating on our collection pages quickly and precisely. Was extremely easy to work with when we made suggestions of what we were looking for and would highly recommend this app to any shopify store that looks to deal with reviews.
Easy to install - haven't sent a campaign out yet but will be doing this later this week. Happy to update when i've received feedback too

I used this app to allow my customers to write reviews. So far so good. I will see how it goes. I will update. My update..
I love this app! I love that I can schedule when to send emails. I also enjoy the option to do coupons for each review. Finally..I love that everything is practically automated. One less thing for me to do.
Feature rich app. Good value for it's function. Definitely recommend
