Hands down the best Product reviews platform for Shopify. Not only does the product work perfect with Shopify, and integrate with many third-party services, but they are constantly innovating and improving the brand loyalty communication exerperience for customers and store owners alike. Customer service is educated, responsive, and willing to go above and beyond to help you customize and tweak things.
We use this for Indira Active and have grown to the Enterprise plan. No looking back.

I've upgraded my licence and couldn't get any of the features set up because support won't reply to me. I am paying for nothing.

I like the features this review app offers and their support is amazing. I use them for my other Shopify store as well. Tommy is always very quick to assist with anything I've ever needed. You can customize the look of the modules to match your shop. Product page reviews, Collection page reviews, Full Page reviews, carousels and more. Can't go wrong!

I am having many problems with this app. Just now after contacting you and telling about the problems I have, I decided to follow with one of your solutions but it didn't work.
I excluded a product from reviews and resend a review to a customer so the customer can write a review of the other products in her order, but when I hit resend and preview, the same donation product appeared in the request.
Also, we are missing a couple of reviews. I clicked on the email sent but the review does not appear in shopify admin.
Great app! It does the job perfectly, integrates really well with all of the Shopify themes I've used it with, and their support team is super responsive.
This app is great for collecting reviews automatically and looks professional on your website! The customer service team is quick and helpful!
