I have tried contacting support for 4 days now. The stars are not displaying on my shopify site and I've made no changes.
Very very very poor customer service. I will be switching to Klaviyo immediately for this reason.

Great app, great customer support. We get most customers thanks to customer reviews from Stamped.io. We have been using Stamped.io for years. We also managed the migration from another platform to Shopify with the help of Stamped Support. They offer a lot of features. The reviews are verified and tracable according to EU legislation.

UPDATE: Customer service contacted me and was able to fix the issue I was having in a very timely manner. Thanks guys, I really appreciate it and you've made my life much easier.
We used to be able to scroll through reviews, which made it super easy to view and manage all of our reviews and somehow that is no longer possible. It makes it extremely difficult to manage anything and makes me very frustrated as we have a lot of reviews to manage and scrolling up and down the main page is so time consuming. Support said they would consider my request to implement a scroll bar but it was there before, so why get rid of it if it makes our lives easier?

Really love this app! In conjunction with the Rewards, it's been great to finally be able to gather reviews and thank customers for taking the time to do so. I recently upgraded my theme and couldn't find how to add the reviews back to individual products and the support team got back to me so quickly. It's been such a user friendly app to get installed and adjust to my needs. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic customer service, paired with a phenomenal app! We were using Stamped previously, but when the Shopify free reviews app was discontinued, we switched that side over to Stamped as well.
The guides for transferring over worked seamlessly, and support was incredibly helpful in helping us get everything working!
Updated in 2024 July:
Stamped changed its billing policy to a tiered one based on number of orders per month. We import all our orders from another platform into Shopify. These orders do not have email addresses and yet are counted towards the monthly order limit.
2020:
I used this app to collect more user generated content e.g. photos, use cases for our products and also to display reviews based on product groups instead of individual products.
Support was responsive and effective in helping us resolve issues encountered during set-up e.g. custom fonts, custom forms. Working great now. Thanks Alyssa!
We have used this app for a years on our website and think its great.
Adds SEO to your site and is fully automated once set up. No problems setting it up and works a treat. Excellent. We used the widget on our home page and were assisted with this by the Stamped support team and the process was painless.
I am updating my review to the lowest possible rating. I have been seeking help for the same issue for two months, yet I have seen no meaningful resolution—only repeated requests for more information. The assigned support representative, Arjun, has been unhelpful, lacks communication skills, and shows no real willingness to assist.
Additionally, we will be switching platforms as Stamped has effectively stopped providing us with services, claiming we exceeded the order limit for our plan. This is incorrect—our marketplace orders are somehow being counted towards our plan, even though we are not supposed to send review requests to marketplace customers.
Overall, I am downgrading my review from 5 stars to 0 if I could!"

Very easy to install, I had a few technical issues manually installing the widgets but I reached out to the support team and they got back to me and fixed my issue within the hour! So happy and the app is great for showing off all customer reviews!
