Great customer support, and the free version has a few great functions! Overall, we are happy with the app and considering upgrading

Good app, one think not easy to make it compliant with google there is a weird st up too. But easy to use and good for customers.

First time using this. It's made the experience seamless! I was struggling with some stuff at first but their support team was able to help me within a day. Highly recommend for those who just want something simple. It does require integration but nothing someone who doesn't code cant handle. Thank you, guys!

This company will steal your money. I signed up for the full suite business plan, and decided after one month of use that it just was not something that I would be making use of for the cost, so I canceled and downgraded back down to the free plan. I figured everything was fine, as I was not charged the following month. However, after that, they have been charging me every month, and refuse to respond back to me about a refund. I cannot cancel, because I do not have any type of active paid account to cancel even if I wanted to. They owe me over $1,000 now, and like I said, continue with their lack of response. Terrible company.

It works pretty well, a bit clunky in the back end loading up things but it does provide good value. Shame that the NPS feature requires the $199/month account.

We were facing a technical issue yesterday which caused some increase in loading time, but this has since been resolved :)

We hear your feedback regarding the NPS feature, this was implemented for our Enterprise users as it better suits the needs for business with larger orders, but we'll bring this back to our team to see we can better improve the user experience with our available features.

Great app with lots of options to choose from. You can customize your reviews any way you like them to be which adds value to conversions. Very happy with their service and support.

I just love this app. It was so easy to get up and running on our site and having faffed around with a competitor tool I can honestly say this one is a joy to use. Their customer service has been amazing and incredibly quick and helpful. Couldn't be happier.
