Absolutely LOVING Stamped.io to manage our reviews. We used Yotpo for the past year and a half and when our contract expired we looked at review apps that were more native to Shopify. Stamped.io fit our needs perfectly. Not only are we paying a FRACTION of the price compared to Yotpo, but we have more features, the admin is simple to set up and use, and review responses are higher.

Overall, this app is 5 stars. Something that stood out to us was Stamped's customer service. They are extremely effective and detailed when it comes to issues. There are UX and QOL fixes that could be improved as some tabs take some time to load or don't even load at all. This forces the user to refresh the page multiple times. Some of the features aren't as intuitive as you would expect; however once things are situated, the app is great. Because of the amazing customer support, it makes us more confident using the app and it is a very powerful tool compared to its competitors.

Amazing customer support. I sent in a question stating an issue I was having. The next day they went up and beyond to not only answer my question but went ahead to solve it for me on the back-end code.

Fair pricing. Great customer service. When I needed help, they were pretty quick to resolve for me. Would recommend over some other review apps that I have tried.

Great app so far, very helpful and friendly staff getting us set up. Much better than our previous review app.

I can see this app will be built out to be one of the best on the market.
